Mrs. Claus is a cheerful character who goes about spreading the Christmas spirit of joy and cheer.  Just the mere sight of her in her long red dress, white pinafore, and dust cap puts you in the holiday mood.  Handing out candy canes, usually with the legend of the candy cane attached, bringing joy and excitement to people of all ages.
